Greencore Air released a new solar powered air conditioner for homes. Sold as a fixed or portable version, the new GC102000 Solar Air Conditioner operates from a 170-watt solar power panel. It can both heat and cool rooms as well.This new technology means that contractors who sell air conditioners will be able to offer customers a green alternative to air conditioning. Companies such as McDonalds and OldNavy have already begun testing the technology.
Greencore Air conditioners, reportedly, do not contribute to greenhouse emissions.
